Pink Floyd Recovered by the Girls
A little bit about me…
Well, what can I say? I have been singing for a long time (not that long though, I’m only eighteen…!). I didn’t get into singing at a really young age though; dancing was my thing when I was a kid. After finishing my training to become a dance teacher, singing came as the next natural step for me and I formed a female cabaret duo called ‘Sweet Harmony’ with my good friend Lisa, which we both still do now. I have been lucky enough to see and do some pretty cool stuff along the way to where I am now. Singing at The London Palladium was definitely a highlight. I did a couple of Essex FM road shows last year which were a good laugh and I sung at The Danbury Fireworks Display for Classic Gold Breeze FM which was brilliant, but FREEZING! Oh, and of course Michael Barrymore’s ‘My kind of people’!!
Over the last few years I have been lucky enough to work with some really talented people in the music business. I have always written lyrics but have recently been able to co-write and produce some of my own work which has been amazing (but the rest of the band would probably rip their ears off before they listened to it though, haha!). I have also recorded 7 tracks for the Pink Floyd Recovered album , also with an originals Album sung with Steve Halliday “in the can” waiting on a remix it has been a busy few years, so check out the bands web site, my space and sweet harmonys web site and get yourself down to the gigs ASAP
